Julia Grace crafts movement journeys with the intention for people deepen their connection to themselves, their emotions, relationships and environment. As a mental health advocate, Julia speaks internationally at conferences on the mind/body connection and the integration of somatic therapy and creativity in healthcare. The wave silent disco, is more than just a community dance event. It's a movement to end loneliness worldwide. A portion of the proceeds of ticket sales and donations, supports ALMA, our non profit organization that addresses loneliness and isolation in seniors citizens through movement, arts, and intergenerational connection!!
