My Healing Language™ is a trauma-informed healing and education platform rooted in ancestral wisdom, ancient teachings, and embodied learning. Created by Glenda Macatangay, this work integrates science, story, culture, and the body to support individuals and communities navigating inherited trauma, relational harm, and life transitions.Through workshops, retreats, talks, and gatherings, My Healing Language offers culturally grounded practices, somatic and reflective tools, and shared language for boundaries, values, repair, and relational wellbeing—inviting healing that is lived, felt, and practiced.

comes in WAVES: a sacred circle for our griefFor all who move through the world as women, femmes, or in gender-expansive ways— this is a space to grieve, to release, and to be held.Last year, over 200 of us gathered in ceremony. It was vast, beautiful, and necessary. We remembered that grief, when shared, can shift and become medicine.This year, the call is to slow down. To draw closer. To listen and speak in ways that build trust. To sit long enough to feel our belonging.The second annual comes in WAVES grief and healing circle is open to those 13 and up—bring your daughters, sisters, mothers, grandmothers, aunties, and homegirls.Saturday, December 13, 2025 5:00–8:00 pm The Urban Hive, SacramentoThrough story, song, ritual, and presence, we will tend to what feels heavy. We will create space for truth to rise and be met with care.Come sit with us. Come breathe with us. Come remember what it feels like to be held in community.Bring your fullness.
