We celebrate our youth who have demonstrated academic excellence, leadership skills, strength in character, and financial need.

The Metropolitan A.M.E. Church Scholarship Endowment cordially invites you to join us in celebrating our youth from Metropolitan and the beloved community during this virtual scholarship fundraising event featuring Keynote Speaker, Rodney E. Slater, Esq., former US Secretary of Transportation. The scholarship award helps our students pursue their educational goals and realize their dreams of becoming the pioneers, inventors, entrepreneurs, chief executive officers, teachers, doctors, lawyers, first responders, and leaders that enrich our lives. The Scholarship Endowment’s mission of providing financial assistance is particularly vital today when a post-secondary education is increasingly difficult to secure. Your contributions will help us carry on the tradition of elevating and empowering our students, especially in these challenging times. Admission to the program is a $25 Donation. Ticket donations can be made through June 12th. Donations received by May 27, 2021, will be acknowledged in the Souvenir Journal at the Donor, Bronze, Silver, and Gold supporter levels. Online donations are subject to a small processing fee. Donations can also be made by check payable to the Metropolitan A.M.E. Church Scholarship Endowment and mailed to: Metropolitan A.M.E. Church Scholarship Endowment, Post Office Box 19322, Washington, DC 20036. We greatly appreciate your support and we thank you for giving the gift that keeps on giving. Contributions to the Metropolitan A.M.E. Church Scholarship Endowment are tax-deductible to the fullest extent permitted by law.
