Tune into this virtual info session to learn about the programs and services Children's Colorado offers to enrich families' experience of care and make their lives a little easier during difficult times. (You might just wish you had.)Presented by: CHCO Family Services Division and Patient Financial ServicesSession #2: All In: You Can Move Mountains<ul><li>Tuesday, June 29th 12:00-2:00pm</li></ul>Join Special Care Clinic staff and other community partners as we learn together how to advocate for the children and youth we care for! Participants will have opportunities to:Explore the levels of family involvement and gain advocacy tools.Discuss barriers to advocacy and gain advice from care coordinators, patient navigators, and experience family leaders through facilitated small groups.Hear from parents and other community partners in how their involvement led to systems-level changes within the Special Care Clinic and beyond.
