Join us for an exclusive library wine tasting series!

Thursday, June 3rd: 6:30 - 8:30 pm // Cabernet Franc &amp; Cabernet SauvignonWhat started back in February of 2020 (before the Pandemic hit), Black Birch Vineyard will host an exclusive Black Birch Library Series, a 4-month exploration of our first 10 years of winemaking, digging deep into older vintages, the hits and misses and everything in between. We’ll also compare these vintages to our current selection, walk folks through the aging process, how to store wine and the decisions that went into each vintage. Ian, Black Birch’s winemaker since day one, will host these events alongside Michelle and David. Each session is privately catered with a light meal by Pengyew cateringPlease note: Seating for these events is limited and will be held in our large spacious tank room or outside, weather permitting.Cheers!
