This is a self care event like no other! Come to the museum and enjoy an hour of trauma informed yoga and mindful wellness led by an instructor from the world renowned yoga studio, Yoga N Da Hood. Created by Ebony Smith (AKA the ghetto guru) this unique style of inspirational empowerment will have you ready to take your week. Class will be held in the main gallery of the Arlington Museum of Art during their highly anticipated exhibit, 30 Americans. Your ticket gets you access to class as well as the exhibit!
