Learn how to create self-compassion and confidence from the inside out so we can thrive in a way that's authentic to who we are

From increased isolation to job loss or change, to simply managing in a pandemic: 2020 has left so many of us feeling discouraged, asking questions but not getting answers, or simply stuck in self-doubt. We may regret not taking certain actions or accomplishing what we'd intended.Taking inventory of our innate value as individuals, recognizing our self-worth, and leaning into a deep compassion for ourselves and others has never been more critical. Aliya Levinson: Author, LMSW, MA, CPC, ELI-MP Aliya believes the more we whole-heartedly seek understanding of self and others, the more connection, joy, and abundance we experience.Aliya’s mission is to empower individuals to own their inherent self-worth and claim their capacity to thrive. In establishing a resounding belief in our own abilities, we can take action from a place of confidence so we can finally create true freedom personally, professionally, and financially. Aliya outlines the groundwork for this process in her book: How To Win With Willpower. She identifies 75 strategies for increasing willpower: based fundamentally on the principle that willpower is actually a learnable skill as opposed to an inherent trait.Aliya graduated with her social work masters from NYU, a masters in writing from DePaul, and is a Certified Professional Coach, ELI-MP and expectant PCC. She’s blogged for the Huffington Post, spoken for companies such as JetBlue + Metlife, and delivered the graduation speech for America Needs You. She’s been featured on multiple podcasts and blogs, and is the founder of Authentic Entrepreneurs: a Facebook group of over 1.6K like-minded coaches and service- providers.She is a true life-enthusiast who loves a good slice of pizza and never says no to a chocolate bar or dance party. She currently lives in Hoboken with her husband and daughter.
