<p>As companies strive to achieve greater diversity and inclusion, they must reimagine the workplace, creating both structural and cultural changes so that employees of all backgrounds are positioned for success. This two-part workshop provides a roadmap of successful strategies to help organizations create and maintain inclusive environments that support diverse teams at all points in the employee life cycle. Topics include: investing in diverse talent pipelines, hiring best practices, effective onboarding, employee engagement, advancement and retention.</p>

<p>Anita Ortiz (she/her/ella) is President and Founder of LAinclusionista®. A passionate leader and change maker, she advocates for diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in the workplace and beyond, employing a collaborative, creative, courageous and caring approach. Hispanic Executive magazine named her a “Leading Latina” in recognition of her career achievements over 20 years at Paramount Pictures/Viacom. There she held increasingly responsible roles in Marketing, Government Affairs and Corporate Responsibility, and most recently served as Senior Vice President, Global Inclusion Strategy.</p>
