We will use milk and wheat in this class - unfortunately we cannot make changes to the menu for this class.

Are children allowed to attend?

Yes, children 9 and up and welcome to attend - they must have their own ticket.

I have a Melina's gift card - How do I register for this class?

Where do I park?

There is a large parking lot in the complex - you may park in any spot unless there is a sign indicating a reserved space. DO NOT PARK in reserved spaces. Please park perpendicular to the back building where Il Laboratorio is located.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice). Rescheduling classes for less than 7 days notice only available if we can fill your spot from the waitlist. Email: hello@cooking;abnc.com

Question 6

Can I bring wine to the class?

Accepted Answer

You may BYOB and drink during the pasta tasting at the end of the class. No drinking is allowed during the pasta making portion of the class.

Where are the classes held?

Classes are NOT held at the pasta shop. We have a new pasta making class kitchen - Il Laboratorio - located at 3101 Guess Rd, Durham, NC 27705

Question 8

How much do we get to eat?

Accepted Answer

Typically, we have leftovers and there is plenty of pasta to eat. We usually eat around 90 minutes into the class so plan accordingly.
