It's a community practice of improvisational humming or vocalizing together to cultivate calm and harmony, from the inside out. We give and receive vibrational support to settle into deep relaxation and amplify intention—no singing or meditation experience needed.

It's the practice of humming or vocalizing on sustained vowel sounds. It calms the nervous system, quiets the mind, and helps us connect with the transformative power of our unique voice to amplify our intention. Anyone can tone—no singing experience needed.

Question 3

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

We often sit in chairs or on the floor for most of the practice, so feel free to bring your favorite cushion, zafu, or anything else that helps you sit comfortably. A few chairs will be available for those who need them.  A water bottle is a great idea, too—your vocal cords will thank you!

There is free street parking available nearby the venue.
