How much is the institute?

The institute is free. If participants prefer a physical textbook, they will be charged $75, otherwise they will receive a free e-textbook.

When is this institute held?

Meetings take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:45 PM and 6:30 PM. The first meeting will take place on September 30th, and the last meeting will take place on November 18th.

Will the institute meetings be recorded?

Recording of the sessions is at the professor's discretion. If you cannot attend a meeting, it is best to communicate with the professor.

Question 4

Can I earn credits for this course?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Three (3) Math credits from the College of Extended Global Education will be available for purchase at the end of the course.

Is attendance mandatory?

While attendance is not mandatory, it will be referenced as a part of the approval process for earning credits through the College of Extended Global Education.

Will this course cover CSET II content?

Accepted Answer

No. A separate prep institute will cover CSET II content in the Spring.

Question 7

Will this course replace the CSET I test?

Accepted Answer

No. This institute is prep for the test, and cannot be used to replace the actual CSET test.

Is this for the single-subject CSET or the multiple-subject CSET?

This course only covers single-subject CSET content.
