<h3><em><strong>Hope-filled Living in Turbulent Times</strong></em><strong> is a six-week, ONLINE course FACILITATED by Steve Brown.</strong></h3><h3>(This will be a 45-minute, interactive, video session that you can watch anytime during the week prior to the 45-minute, small group Zoom discussion with Steve each Thursday.)</h3><h3>Hope is yearning for something possible that is not yet certain. We know the COVID-19 crisis, social and political tensions, plus many other stressors leave us facing turbulent times. Where do we find hope? How do we preserve and protect our emotional health? This course is designed to provide practical tools to cultivate hope, peace, and well-being. Hope is a choice you can make. Beginning with My Hope-filled Thinking</strong></p><p><strong>•	Relate and Don&#x27;t React</strong></p><p><strong>•	Cultivating Gratitude Reduces Stress</strong></p><p><strong>•	Don&#x27;t Ride the Roller Coaster of Life Alone</strong></p><p><strong>•	Caring Connections Brings the Hope of Improved Relationships</strong></p><p><strong>•	Practicing Kindness Reduces </strong></p><h2>Meet your RVA facilitator, Steve Brown</h2><p><strong>Steve married the love of his life, Rachel, in 1989 and together they have seven daughters and a growing number of grandchildren. They have lived in North Carolina, Ohio, and have been in Texas for the last decade.</strong></p><p><strong>Steve proudly served his country in the Army and was stationed in Germany during Desert Storm. He is a perpetual student and is currently working on his fourth degree.</strong></p><p><strong>He loves to train business leaders, offer hope to communities, walk with couples as they grow in their marriages, and help organizations develop their vision and mission.</strong></p><p></p><p><strong>***This course will meet on the following Thursdays: June 3, 10, 24, July 1, 15, and 22.</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><h2>ALL of our courses are provided thanks to our amazing SPONSORS!</h2>
