The Center for Children and Youth is a division of Jewish Family and Children's Services.From everyday issues to challenges requiring specialized assessment; we help parents, caregivers, and educators ensure that children can grow and learn in supportive environments. Our experts offer parenting workshops, parent coaching & consultation, child behavior & school support, clinical & special needs services, parent/child activity groups, and child & family therapy.Join our community:www.centerforchildrenandyouth.org.Workshop Cancellation and Refund Policy:In the event of a workshop cancellation due to low enrollment, you will be given the option to apply the credit toward another workshop or receive a refund. Parents Place does not provide refunds for missed workshops.  However, with 48 hours advance notice of your inability to attend, we will offer another workshop(s) of equal value in exchange for the missed workshop.

Join <a href="https://ccy.jfcs.org/meet-us/#diana-blank-lcsw" title="https://ccy.jfcs.org/meet-us/#diana-blank-lcsw" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Diana Blank, LCSW</a>, for a compassionate and practical workshop designed to help you navigate the challenges while keeping your children's best interests in mind. This two-part series will give you tools and guidance to:<ul><li>Understand the key factors that shape your child’s adjustment</li><li>Recognize stages of coping and how to support your child through them</li><li>Identify and respond to warning signs that your child may be struggling</li><li>Explore strategies for co-parenting and healthy parent–child communication</li><li>Learn ways to manage high-conflict situations</li><li>Connect with helpful community resources</li></ul>This workshop is designed for individual parents only—no co-parents at the same workshop, please.A certificate of completion is available upon request.Fee: $100. These workshops will NOT be recorded.Registration ends 30 minutes before the event, and the link for this workshop will be emailed at that time.
