Do I have to do all of the workouts?

Nope! You’re free to join as many (or as few) as you want. Think of it like a fitness buffet — pick your favorites, take breaks when needed, and jump back in when you’re ready. ✨

What should I bring?

A yoga mat or towel is totally optional, water bottle, and comfy workout clothes. Sneakers are a must! If you’re cold plunging — might want to bring a change of clothes and a towel. And maybe your hype crew. ?

Is this beginner- friendly?

100%! Each class is designed to be fun, accessible, and high-energy — with modifications offered for all levels. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just testing the waters, you’ll fit right in. Go at your own pace!

Can I bring my kids?

Yes but they MUST be supervised at all times and there are age restrictions for attending workout classes depending on each class! We’ll also have a mini kids bootcamp area at the beginning for children to participate in!

What’s included in VIP?

Separate VIP check-in line for no wait. Access to the VIP Tent with complimentary food, drinks, massages, Liquid IV, and premium swag. VIP spaces for each workout class to ensure a spot for each session. It’s the elevated sweat experience. ?

What’s the deal with the cold plunges?

We’ll have two cold plunges on site — and we’re raffling BOTH off to two lucky winners! Plus, you’ll have a chance to try them out if you’re feeling brave. ❄️?

Who does this event benefit?

A portion of proceeds goes to The Resilience Project nonprofit, directly supporting Vogel Alcove, an organization providing childcare and services for children experiencing homelessness.you can visit www.resilienceprojectnonprofit.com for more info and volunteer opportunities.

Will there be food?

Absolutely! You’ll find healthy snack vendors, hydration stations, and surrounding restaurants offering event-night deals specifically for us!!

Is there free parking?

Yes! Toyota Music Factory has on-site parking and a parking garage (be sure to get your parking validation before you leave!!). We always recommend carpooling or rideshare to make it even easier.

What happens if it rains?

Super important to follow our social media on Facebook the group is #Commit2HIIT and on Instagram @resilienceprojectnonprofit or @queencavo to check for frequent updates. If weather is too severe we will make a call several hours prior to the event. But we will push to have it rain or shine!
