Coffee with the Kids - Vogel Alcove Info Session

Since 1987, Vogel Alcove has provided free quality child development services for Dallas' youngest victims of poverty: homeless children six weeks to 12 years old. Vogel Alcove is the only free comprehensive early childhood education program in the city of Dallas whose primary focus is to provide free childcare and case management for children and their families referred by 21 local emergency shelters, domestic violence shelters, housing programs and organizations that serve homeless families.

Coffee with the Kids is a great opportunity for groups and individuals to learn about Vogel Alcove and our mission to help children recover from the effects of homelessness. At this event, Vogel Alcove CEO Karen Hughes discusses the issue of homelessness in Dallas and explains our specialized programs for homeless children and families. Coffee with the Kids is free to the public; we simply ask that you RSVP so we can plan appropriately. Please invite your friends and co-workers to discover the many ways in which Vogel Alcove helps Dallas-area homeless children and families!This event is an overview of the services and programs we provide for homeless children and their families and a walking tour of our facility.  Coffee with the Kids happens every last Thursday of the month from 8:30 AM - 10:00 AM
