Now more than ever, we need to encourage, enable, and listen to youth voices about the changes they wish to see in the world. YMCA Youth &amp; Government teaches a new generation of passionate and dedicated citizens that we all have the power, opportunity, and responsibility to take care of our communities and neighbors. During the COVID pandemic YMCA Youth &amp; Government had to pivot from traditional in-person conferences and tournaments to virtual events that continued to provide civic engagement and education. Join us on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 from 11am –12pm to learn how participants, volunteers, and donors demonstrated their ability to overcome the obstacles placed before them and continued to provide civic leadership, engagement, and education opportunities despite the pandemic.
