Fresh Directions

The Mormon Culture does not typically teach or support healthy boundaries - so people often do not know how to create them, feel guilty when they do and don&#x27;t know how to deal with other&#x27;s resistance or anger to their boundaries. We will identify healthy boundaries, how to have them and how to deal with those who respond poorly.This will be a support group facilitated by a mental health professional. This is not a therapy session. The professional will speak on the topic, and allow for questions and conversations around the topic that was presented.
