Community Labor United is pleased to announce its 15th Anniversary Celebration and its 2021 Salt of the Earth Awards!

Every year, Community Labor United recognizes individuals and organizations who have demonstrated an ongoing commitment to improving the lives of working-class families in Greater Boston and throughout the Commonwealth. This year, we will be honoring the efforts of the following:The frontline workers of Massachusetts including the healthcare heroes of 1199SEIU United Healthcare Workers East and the Massachusetts Nurses AssociationMassUndocuFund (Mass. Jobs with Justice and Matahari Women Workers’ Center)Massachusetts Congressional Delegation, for their leadership in securing a historic investment in MA&#x27;s Recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic through the American Rescue Plan, including:Senator Elizabeth WarrenSenator Edward “Ed” MarkeyCongressman Richard NealCongressman James “Jim” McGovernCongresswoman Lori TrahanCongressman Jake AuchinclossCongresswoman Katherine ClarkCongressman Seth MoultonCongresswoman Ayanna PressleyCongressman Stephen LynchCongressman Willian Keating For more than a decade, CLU has accomplished its mission through coalition building, research and policy development, public education and grassroots mobilization that moves policies forward.Our campaigns bring together community organizations and unions, based on a shared interest in making concrete changes in everyday people’s lives. We develop new organizing and increased civic engagement opportunities for our partner organizations.Please consider being a sponsor in this year’s event.
