<h2>The Georgia Tech Library’s Patent and Trademark Resource Center, in partnership with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), offers for the first time a six-week intellectual property summer series online. This series includes ten workshops led by USPTO experts through June and July, and all workshops are free and open to the public.   </h2><h2></h2>

<h3>Session Description:</h3><h3>This module addresses important considerations when filing a U.S. patent application including both provisional and non-provisional type utility applications. The content and format of both application types will be discussed, also addressing the necessary USPTO forms and fees, which accompany a filing.
