We use a unique approach to this practice to curate insights, messages from your heart. You'll learn ways to translate these messages into actionable intentions and journal prompts that can support your daily life. You can use your own favorite book or sacred text or use the page we offer each session. This practice does not require any previous experience or knowledge with creative writing or this technique.
