Musical Spring Rites for Women

Let&#x27;s prepare for Spring in an ancient traditional way. Healing and awakening ceremonial dance event!Alessandra will open with a presentation about myths &amp; legends in the South of Italy and the ancient sacred sites of the Black Madonna. She will speak about her personal healing journey with the Black Madonna, and her unique research that led her to write her book, and to teach healing workshops and perform this music all over the world. Alessandra will teach ancient healing chants that use the Lydian Scale or Neapolitan Scale use to invoke healing and calm the mind. The repertoire will also feature: Sacred dances in honor of the Black Madonna: TAMMURRIATA, CUNCTI SIMUS CONCANENTES, OUR LADY OF THE POOR and THE PIZZICA TARANTATA or Spider Dance.
