Yoga&#x27;s Wednesday meditations on FB, Mikaila Cruz (@Mikaila_NYC on IG).Enjoy your Sunday morning at this awesome location with a fun workshop and flow, and as a bonus, your ticket includes 1 beer from The Boiler Room or coffee drink from Monkey island Coffee afterwards!This 90-minute workshop helps you explore a deeper meaning in alignment of movement, breath and the subtle body, giving you the tools which can lead to a more fulfilling yoga practice—on and off the mat.Discover how to practice asana safely and mindfully, and feel present with your body.Learn how basic postures, which are building blocks for all levels of yoga practice, evolve into more intermediate versions and/or modified asanas appropriate for your practice.See you on your mat!Instructor: Mikaila CruzSpaces are limited, so please reserve your spot in class by purchasing a ticket in advance to save your place!
