We are a growing network of doulas from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and communities across Arizona. Together, we are restoring the tradition of collective care by offering sliding scale support for birth, postpartum, loss, and more. We mentor new doulas, partner with local organizations, and center equity in every part of our work.​

Free classes from Support Birth Doula Collective to help you prepare for birth, feeding, and postpartum. Learn real tools, ease pain, and feel confident. Our classes are supportive, and community-rooted. Designed for busy people, open to all.

Join Support Birth Doula Collective for a class designed to connect you with your body, your breath, and your options. This class is part of a larger series that offers education, support, and practical tools to help you feel more prepared during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.We’ll introduce Support Birth Doula Collective and the work we do to make birth support more accessible and community rooted. You'll get a feel for how our classes are designed with care, connection, and real tools to help you feel confident.Expect movement, simple pain relief techniques, and a space to ask questions and learn in community. Make sure to wear clothes your feel comfortable moving in, a yoga mat, yoga ball if you have one.
