pARTiculars Art Gallery and Teaching Studio

Students will learn through demo, practice, constructive and kind critique and individual hands on assistance.

This is a repeating 4-week class that meets weekly and can be joined at any time. Upon completion of the 4-week class, continuing students would move to the Ongoing Soft Pastel Classes. Class is designed for those who have taken Linda’s intro pastel class or those who have a little soft pastel experience. Students will learn through demo, practice, constructive and kind critique and individual hands on assistance. We will study a light version of all the major painting components: value, perspective, color theory and composition. Students are encouraged to bring in work they may have been working on but need some assistance or want a critique.
