💫 A Monthly Gathering of Sisterhood, Connection, and Joy

First Fridays Boise invites you to Sistas Who Lunch—a monthly midday meetup designed for Black women in the Boise area to share space, break bread, and build community. Whether you’ve lived here your whole life or you’re new to town and looking for connection, this lunch series is a warm invitation to pause, nourish yourself, and be in the presence of other phenomenal women.

🍽️ What to Expect:

  • A Different Local Restaurant Each Month – We’ll rotate through some of Boise’s best spots, supporting local businesses while discovering new favorites.
  • Casual, Come-as-You-Are Vibe – No pressure, no program—just good food and great conversation with other Black women in the community.
  • Optional Conversation Starters or Guests – Some months may feature a light theme, discussion topic, book spotlight, or special guest, but the focus will always be on connection.
  • Pay Your Own Way – Attendees are responsible for their own meal and beverages. Just RSVP so we can save your seat!

💡 Why Attend:

  • Reclaim Your Lunch Hour – In a world that often pulls us in a hundred directions, this is a moment to reset, breathe, and receive.
  • Build Authentic Relationships – Meet new faces or reconnect with familiar ones in an uplifting, supportive space.
  • Celebrate the Power of Presence – No networking agenda, no business cards necessary—just real conversations and shared experiences.
  • Be Part of a Growing Community – This is more than lunch. It’s part of a larger movement to make space for Black joy, visibility, and leadership in Idaho.

👑 Who’s This For?

Black women living, working, studying, or spending time in the Boise area who are seeking community, connection, or just a good meal with great people. All ages and backgrounds welcome.

📌 Seating Is Limited

We want to keep these gatherings intimate and meaningful, so space is limited each month. Be sure to RSVP early—and if something comes up, just let us know so we can offer your seat to someone on the waitlist.

We can’t wait to see you at the table. 💜
