We have a passion to preserve and protect our environment in Manatee County, mixed with a compassion for the well-being of our community and its visitors.  From ecological testing of our estuaries’ water quality to organizing classes for visitors, the Natural Resources Department staff take to heart their responsibilities of ensuring we are all surrounded by a safe and beautiful environment that will enhance the quality of life for all in Manatee County.

Emerson Point Preserve

*If you need to register more than 3 youth participants, please contact event coordinator below*Join us for a special saltwater fishing clinic! Get a chance to use our fishing equipment and cast your line into the waters of Emerson Point Preserve to see what we can catch! Spots are limited, so please sign up early if you are interested.
