Afer registering please fill out waiver:https://forms.gle/DWYUbHyBCYBkk3288We will meet starting at around 9:15 est by the Shelter at Fred Fletcher Park off of Washington St.<ul><li>Social distancing measures will be in place (mats spaced 6ft apart)</li><li>Bring a yoga mat and/or a towel and a filled water bottle.</li><li>Participants will be required to wear a mask when not on their mat. </li></ul> A yoga practice is not just a way to get in shape, it&#x27;s also an opportunity for self-care. What are we willing to do for ourselves? What are the things that will bring us peace and joy? This yoga practice can be one of these things and many other healthy habits that lead us towards healing and growth on our journey.The Power of Balance: A Stress-Relieving PracticeThere are many ways to relieve stress and this is one of the most effective. It&#x27;s so simple, anyone can do it! The awareness of breath has been a powerful practice for centuries and can lead to countless benefits including boosting immunity and removing emotional blockages.See you on the mat soon!
