What should I bring?

Bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on, a blanket, water bottle, and anything that helps you feel cosy—like an eye pillow, pillow or socks.

What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable you can move and relax in—think activewear, loungewear, or anything soft and stretchy.

Can I come alone?

Yes! Many people attend solo, and we create a welcoming space for everyone. You’ll be supported and part of a beautiful community.

Nope! This is a quiet, personal experience. You’re welcome to journal or reflect after, but there’s no pressure to speak or share.

What if I fall asleep during the sound bath?
