Your ticket to Camp Imgur includes all meals, beer, access to the full range of activities, accommodations, Internet access and unlimited offline fun.    
That said, campers will bring their own sheets, sleeping bags, pillows, blankets, bathing suit and toiletries... just like camp. You may also want to consider bringing sunscreen, bug spray, and any personal items that will make your campsite feel like home. Definitely bring a camera--you know you’re going to want to share to User Submitted while you’re here.
If you’re unable to bring sheets, we will be able to provide them at a low charge. Just select the “sheets and bedding” option when you register.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Tickets are refundable until May 1, 2015. Beyond that point tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets may be transferred to another person if you will be unable to attend. Just let us know if you’d like to do this by sending an e-mail to <A STYLE="text-decoration: none;" HREF="mailto:camp@imgur.com" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">camp@imgur.com</A> in order to coordinate this. The deadline for this is August 1, 2015. After this point, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to transfer your ticket.
In the unlikely event that Camp Imgur is cancelled, we will refund all tickets. We will not, however, be able to refund flight, travel, or other purchases people may make. Listed programming times are subject to change. Purchase of a ticket indicates that you have read and agree to comply with this cancellation policy. This policy is subject to change; all registered attendees will be notified of any changes.

The gates of Camp Imgur will open at 2PM on Friday, August 7, 2015. Check-in will be from 2 PM to 8 PM. 
Please arrive on time. Only those who have notified us ahead of time that they will be late will be given the opportunity for a late check-in. Our registration desk will be open for these campers throughout the day on Saturday.
<H3 STYLE="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" DIR="ltr">When does Camp Imgur end?</H3>
Camp comes to a close on Monday, August 10 at 11:00am.
<H3 STYLE="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" DIR="ltr">Can I leave early?</H3>
Although campers are allowed to leave early, we strongly encourage you to stay for the entire weekend. How terrible would it be if you missed the best inside jokes? We recommend that you plan accordingly and take both Friday and Monday off of work. If you’ll need to leave early, please inform us so we don’t send a search party into the woods.
<H3 STYLE="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" DIR="ltr">Are there “in’s and out’s?”</H3>
No. Once you leave camp, we’ll have to say goodbye. We’re also in the woods, so there’s no where outside of Camp Imgur that will be more awesome than staying in it. 
<H3 STYLE="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" DIR="ltr">Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?</H3>
Camp Imgur is for adults only (18+). We’ll be checking ID when you register for the event.
<H3 STYLE="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" DIR="ltr">What are the accommodations? </H3>
There are 9 villages, each with a varied number of open-faced (three walls and a ceiling) cabins that sleep 8 per cabin and a set of larger group tents. Campers will bring their own sheets, sleeping bags, pillows, blankets and toiletries... just like camp. Campers will also be assigned to their village and villages are separated based on gender identity. Sneaking out to mingle with other villages is highly encouraged.  
What should I pack?

No. It is for adults only.  
Can I bring my dog? 
Sadly, no. An exception is made only for campers with Service Animals.
<H3 STYLE="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" DIR="ltr">Is my ticket transferrable?</H3>
Camp registration is transferable, but we need to know prior to the event. The deadline for all transfer requests in August 1, 2015.  When you purchase your ticket,  you’ll also fill out your personal information; such as camper name, contact information, interests, and other standard campy-ish questions that will ensure your experience is awesome and make sure you get paired with perfect bunk-mates.
If you are paying for someone else’s ticket, you’re the hero they deserve! Please enter the personal information of the person you’re buying for rather than your own information.
<H3 STYLE="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" DIR="ltr">What if the name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee? Is that okay?</H3>
No Internet creepers allowed--we only let in campers that are on the list and registered ahead of time. You’ll need a valid ID (license/passport) that matches up with the name on our list of registered campers.
<H3 STYLE="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" DIR="ltr">What if there is an emergency?</H3>
We have trained security, medical staff and an infirmary available on site. You can also bring any communication device that you might need to contact the outside world.
<H3 STYLE="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" DIR="ltr">What kind of food will be served? Will there be vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy specific options?</H3>
Duh! We’ll ask for your dietary restrictions before the start of camp. Every meal will have options for everyone. 
<H3 STYLE="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" DIR="ltr">What about showers and bathrooms?</H3>
We will all share communal bathrooms and showers (private stalls), with designated areas for men and women.
<H3 STYLE="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" DIR="ltr">Can I stay with my friends?</H3>
In the Camper Registration, you will have the opportunity to list three to four friends you’d like to be bunked with. We’ll do our best to match you up, so you can enjoy the week with some of your friends, while meeting new people.
<H3 STYLE="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" DIR="ltr">Is transportation included? Carpooling / Rideshares / Buses</H3>
No. Your registration for Camp Imgur includes your three night stay as a camper, all programming and food. Getting up to Camp Navarro in Navarro, CA is the responsibility of the campers, but we’ll be offering transportation by bus from San Francisco International Airport (SFO) for an additional charge. Just select the “bus” option while registering.  
We encourage and support carpooling and rideshares. Rides from the SF Bay Area and LA should not be a problem as there will be plenty of cars coming up. 
<H3 STYLE="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" DIR="ltr">Which airport should I fly into?</H3>
We recommend that you fly into San Francisco or Oakland (if you are going to carpool or catch a ride with someone else), and suggest that you land either the night before or early in the morning on the 7th to give you plenty of time to make your way to camp, especially if you are carpooling. It’s about a 3.5 hour drive from SF. 
<H3 STYLE="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" DIR="ltr">Is there going to be alcohol?</H3>
Yes. We’ll be providing our 21 and over campers with drink tickets for beer throughout the weekend. Drugs and outside alcohol are not allowed.
<H3 STYLE="line-height: 1.2; margin-top: 8pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" DIR="ltr">Can I volunteer?</H3>
Just like on Imgur, we love community participation! We encourage you to lead a program, or volunteer for one of the existing ones. Please register as a camper and, when you fill out the Camper Registration survey, you’ll have the opportunity share some ways that you might like to get involved.
