Are you frustrated with lying in bed and staring at the ceiling while your monkey mind goes bananas?Sick of falling asleep just fine, but waking up in the middle of the night and not being able to fall back to sleep?Tried your fair share of over the counter support, but want to get to the root of your sleeplessness?Join me for a 60 minute online talk on the root cause of sleep issues, easy to implement pre-sleep tips and the why's behind these recommendations. After, we will go through a gentle body scan relaxation technique that you can continue to use to help your body relax into a state of mind for amazing and restorative sleep. We will end with a Q &amp; A session to answer any additional questions you have about sleep.About your instructor:Amber is a massage therapist and nutritional therapy practitioner specializing in sleep and pain relief. She believes in individual protocols and recommendations because we're all unique individuals. When she's not in her Queen Anne office with clients, you can find her hiking around the PNW or relaxing with her husband and dog.
