How can we best honor the cycles of creation within? Meet Kvatrna Baba, and learn the importance of rest as part of these sacred cycles.

Rest, repair and creation cycles are inherent within us all, though we don't always honor them. This is why these cycles are under the domain of the ferocious Slovenian deity, Kvatrna Baba. When we hold the days devoted to her sacred, we hold rest sacred. In this workshop we will explore this fierce entity, and uncover her wisdom within our own bodies. Taught by Rachel Budde of Fat + The Moon, this workshop will include rich discussion and exploration of herbs for rest appropriate for the transition of the seasons. We will cover practices of rest in order to open the doorways to the liminal.This is a LIVE digital event with a 1 week replay available to all registered participants. Email us at events@seagrapeapothecary.com</li></ul>__________________________________________________About the instructor:Rachel Budde of Fat + The Moon has experience conducting ethnobotanical research for the last seven years in Slovenia, her ancestral home, as well as her ongoing mentee relationship with ethnobotanist Kathleen Harrison, create the framework for her to speak to the subject on how plants and people relate on the physical, emotional and spiritual realms. She has also studied in the Mazatec mushroom tradition, working with plants and fungi for vision and prayer.
