The Art & History Museums of Maitland (A&H) is a premier cultural destination and community gathering place in Central Florida, about 15 minutes from downtown Orlando. A&H is a group of sophisticated attractions that includes a contemporary art museum, 3 interactive history museums, and a stunning campus recognized as Central Florida's only National Historic Landmark. A&H also features a community art school nestled among its beautiful gardens and unique architecture.Founded in 1937 as an artists’ retreat, our space still fulfills this mission today with multiple artist residencies serving both local and international artists. <h1>Detox &amp; Go: Yoga in the Garden</h1><h2>Level: Intermediate | Style: Vinyasa </h2><h3>11am - 12 pm</h3><h3>$15 per class, registration required, limited walk up tickets available</h3><p></p><p>Join Dimitri Delazanos on Sunday morning for Yoga in the Garden, at the Art &amp; History Museums of Maitland!</p><p>Indulge in a series of bends, twists and folds in this detox Vinyasa style yoga class that encourages students to sweat. Students will stretch into the muscles of the respiratory system to enhance their capacity to breathe deeply and easily. And core work is a given! As a result, students will walk away from this practice feeling refreshed, renewed, and rejuvenated.  For intermediate students.</p><p>All students must adhere to social distancing guidelines. Students may take their masks off when they are on their personal yoga mat. Masks are required everywhere else on campus.
