Join Danielle Stern of Bhav Brigade for a gentle session combining movement and mindfulness in a calming downtown setting.Whether you're desk-weary or just looking for an excuse to wear stretchy pants, this is your invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and find your mid-week balance.Bring Your Own Mat (BYOM) and enjoy this one-of-a-kind class on the fourth floor of Hilton Norfolk The Main.
