<p>Restoring the Soul: Nurturing mind, body and spirit</p><h2>1-day Yoga Retreat at River Valley Ranch in Carroll County, MD</h2><h2>When? Saturday, September 13, 2025 @River Valley <strong><strong>Ranch</strong></strong> Manchester, MD</h2><h2>8:45AM-3:00 PM, Light Lunch served</h2><h2>Cost- $85/attendee</h2><h2><br></h2><h3>Join us for a day of all levels yoga coupled with time for reflection, Christian teaching and music that will fill your soul. BONUS (again this year)~ We'll finish with a restorative practice with hot stones. Ahhhh!</h3><h3><br></h3><h3>What to expect?</h3><p><br></p><p><strong><strong>YOGA: </strong></strong>All levels yoga: yes, even those who have never done yoga! Morning flow and then 60-75 minute vinyasa (slow flow) yoga flow before lunch, gentle hike* after lunch with some standing yoga. A restorative practice with hot stones will complete our day.</p><p><br></p><h4>More Details:</h4><p><strong><strong>NEW THIS YEAR</strong></strong>- A peaceful, restorative practice to end our time together will be even more relaxing with hot stones. We will hold restorative poses for a few minutes while hot stones are applied to enrich and deepen our restorative practice.</p><p><strong><strong>YOGA HIKE: </strong></strong>through parts of the beautiful 500+ acres available to us. We will hike together from our meeting space through the woods at RVR. We will pause at points in the hike to do some standing yoga postures outside.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><strong>BIBLICAL TEACHING: </strong></strong>with Tracey Tiernan (BRIGHT-FM Radio Personality)</p><p><strong><strong>TIME FOR REFLECTION/FELLOWSHIP</strong></strong></p><p><strong><strong>LIGHT LUNCH</strong></strong></p><p><br></p><h3>Please bring:</h3><p>Yoga mat</p><p>Props- (ie: bolster, yoga blanket, yoga blocks-if you use/have them, not required)</p><p>Yoga blanket or bath towel</p><p>Socks and shoes for our Yoga Hike (bug spray optional)</p><p>Water bottle (refilling available)</p><p>A friend to join you!</p><h3><br></h3><h3>Can't make it? REFUND POLICY:</h3><p>Refunds (minus applicable ticket fees) will be offered until Wednesday, September 10, 2025 at 5PM.
