Dr. Chidinma, PhD is the Associate Director for Stakeholder Engagement at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Equity. She is also Assistant Professor, Department of Medicine. She received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and her Ph.D. from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. https://www.hopkinsmedicine.org/profiles/details/chidinma-ibe

Ms. Ashlee Harris is a Community Health Worker at the Penn Center for Community Health Workers. She has directly served a number of high-risk and Sickle Cell patients in the Philadelphia area over the last 4 years. Ms. Harris has advocated for a patient to develop and facilitate her own Sickle Cell group. This group educates, supports, and empower patients and their families. Ms. Harris serves as a Subject Matter Expert(SME) and a member of the CHW Advisory Council(AC) for the Board of Pennsylvania. In her role as a SME she assists with developing the requirements for the statewide certification for CHW’s in Pennsylvania. As a member of the CHW ACs her role is to participate in ethics processes, assist staff with questions and issues as they arise, provide secondary support, and communicate to the PCB Board of Directors. Ms. Harris has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Human Resource Management. Ms. Harris love and passion is helping and serving her community.
