Sunrise hike where we will be honoring the nurturing women in our lives through story, reflections and intentional ceremony.

Cedar Grove in Griffith Park

This special Women’s Soul Circle will involve a light hike at dawn, waking up early to meet the sunrise with a tea ceremony overlooking all of Los Angeles and Circle held inside the Cedar Forest. We will be honoring the nurturing women in our lives through story, reflections and celebration.Encouraging women to bring their mother, aunties, sisters or best-friends, really any woman who has had a nurturing presence in your life.Together we will:Gather at beginning of hike on Commonwealth Dr. in Griffith Park &amp; announce shared intention and circle introductions.Do a centering exercise.Begin the hike to summit with gradual incline. Beginner friendly. Sunrise with tea ceremony. (tea and lite food provided)Open with shared story and guided visualization by Women&#x27;s Leadership Coach, Angela Aguirre.Learn communication technique to increase empathy. Open up to volunteers who would like to share their own story honoring women in their life.Close with symbolic flower ceremony. *If you would like to avoid Eventbrite fee, Venmo and Paypal are available.
