Who this In Person Event is for:Ages 4-12. Adult caregivers are required to accompany child participants. Siblings of participants outside this age range are welcome but may find the event less meaningful and fulfilling.What you’ll be doing:Join Seeds of Caring as we partner with <a href="https://aliciasclosetcolumbus.org/" title="https://aliciasclosetcolumbus.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Alicia’s Closet</a> to support children living in kinship care, reunified families, and foster care spaces, in receiving a fun activity kit and a snack. Families will learn about different types of foster care, and ways to support foster parents, and then help assemble snack bags and activity kits.Specific Instructions:All supplies will be provided.Why you'll be asked to pay a supply fee and donate:On the next page, you'll be asked to pay a fee to offset supply costs for this event. These fees are non-refundable. If you have to cancel your registration later, please know that your fee will go toward our efforts to create more meaningful service-focused programs for kids.Every time we're able to design, coordinate, and offer an opportunity for kids to give back, it's with the help of supporters like you. Please consider making a generous gift to help us continue to empower kids to create a kinder community with their hearts, hands, and minds.We never want supply fees to prevent someone from participating in a Seeds of Caring project. If you would like assistance covering your supply fees, please email programs@seedsofcaring.org and we will register you for free, no questions asked.
