When should I arrive?

Where are the students sitting?

All students will be seated in Section C. Your seating information is on your name/RSVP card at registration.  So that we can ensure minimal confusion when handing out certificates on stage, we ask that all students sit in their assigned seat.

Where do student families and friends sit?

All guests can sit in the seats in sections A, B, or D.

Question 5

What if I do not receive a certificate with my name on it?

Should you find that your certificate does not have your name, please contact Kim McClure (kmcclure@bsu.edu) and she will arrange for one to be printed.

Where is parking?

Parking will be available at the McKinley Avenue parking garage and the New York parking garage.

Question 7

What if I cannot attend?

For those unable to attend, we are happy to print your certificates and either have the student pick them up in our main office (LB102) or we can mail them to a preferred location. Please notify Kim McClure (kmcclure@bsu.edu) if you are unable to attend and want a certificate.

Will there be a virtual option?

Unfortunately, we will not be providing a virtual option for this event.

I can no longer get tickets. What do I do?

If you are registering after the deadline of August 27th, we have closed the eventbrite ticket orders as we are sending in our certificates to the printers. Please email Kim McClure (kmcclure@bsu.edu) and she will make sure you are added.

Question 11

What happens if I register late?

Accepted Answer

Depending on timing, we may have to provide a blank certificate at the ceremony and our office will have your personal certificate printed after. When it is available, Kim McClure will send you an email and you may come pick it up in LB102. Thank you for your patience with our printing services!

What is the dress code?

Accepted Answer

Business or business casual is preferred.
