Join Wednesdays for a kids yoga &amp; mindfulness practice to help stretch, strengthen, and ease the stress of their day!

Are you looking for some healthy and relaxing fun for your kiddos this summer during these difficult times?Then have them join me for a live interactive yoga class on zoom on Wednesdays! Each class I will lead them through a mix of some breath work, various mindfulness practices, as well as guide them through some stretching and strengthening of their bodies getting in some movement with yoga!*Curriculum written for slightly older kiddos in mind, but kids are welcome to sign up for yoga and mindfulness for ages 3 - 7 if that’s where they feel more comfortable. **Join us LIVE but in case your child can’t make it live, a recording will be sent out for you to view and keep to watch when is best for your child's schedule!Sign up and get a Zoom link to join!
