What if it rains?

The tournament is still on - rain or shine! Please dress appropriately. Costumes are encouraged, but so are blankets, coats, hats, and extra socks.

Are there accessible restrooms?

Absolutely! They are located inside the building.

Question 3

Will there be food on-site?

Accepted Answer

Sure thing! Registered participants and volunteers will receive a pizza lunch. Additional hot and cold concession will be available with all proceeds to BIAI. Please feel free to bring your own snacks and beverages. Water bottles will be available free of charge.

Question 4

Can I come hang out without playing wiffleball?

Please do! There are free, family-friendly fall activities for all ages - crafts, games, raffles, and costume contests! Costume contest winners will be announced during the lunch break for Best Adult Individual Costume, Best Adult Group Costume, and Best Child's Individual Costume.

What is this Silent Auction all about?

There will be a virtual silent auction available Sunday, October 19th through Saturday, October 25th. Items will be present at the tournament for anyone wanting to browse before bid. All proceeds to BIAI. The link for the auction will be posted at biaindiana.org.

Where do I park?

Parking is available on-site in the designated parking spots.

Is the tournament outdoors?

Accepted Answer

The entire tournament is outdoors, rain or shine. Wiffleball fields are dirt and grass t-ball fields located behind the building. All activities and concessions are in the grassy field located behind the building.

What time will the tournament finish?

Accepted Answer

The exact time depends on the number of registered teams with our double elimination bracket. Games may last into the later afternoon, but for those who may need to leave eariler, subs will be available to play. In the past years, play has wrapped up by 4-5pm.

How do I sponsor the event?

When does registration close?

Player registration will close October 23rd at midnight to allow time for final organizing teams and numbers.
