My name is Alexander Frumkin and I am a Scrumoholic. Being a developer since 1990, I had chance to learn about pitfalls of the waterfall hard way. I was lucky to learn about Agile Manifesto directly from Martin Fowler in 2007, and it was mind opening. I've been living and breathing Scrum since that moment. My Scrum journey included successful transitions from waterfall to agile that I led in organizations of different sizes from small to very large, delivering customer value faster with better quality. Currently, I work for Bank of the West as a Principal Agile Coach.I am a Certified Team Coach with Scrum Alliance and working towards my credentials as a Certified Scrum Trainer.

<p>Additional info:</p><ul><li>Students who attend the entire 2 day course will be provided access to the Scrum Alliance® certification exam as well as 2 years Scrum Alliance® membership. </li><li>Scrum Alliance® requires students to be present through the entire duration of a class and being on camera. Students that are away or off camera for longer than 30 min total are not qualified for the test.</li></ul>
