Welcome the beauty of spring into your kitchen with this hands-on Spring Flowers Macaron Workshop. In this class, you’ll learn the art of creating delicate French macarons from start to finish, with a seasonal, floral-inspired twist. Our chef instructor will guide you step by step through mixing, macaronage, piping, and achieving those signature smooth tops and perfect feet. Then, we’ll bring your creations to life with soft, spring flower designs that are almost too pretty to eat.
Each macaron will be filled with a luscious strawberry cheesecake buttercream, balancing bright, fruity flavor with a rich, creamy finish… the ultimate bite of spring. Whether you’re new to macarons or looking to refine your technique, this workshop is equal parts skill-building and creative fun. You’ll leave with a box of stunning, bakery-worthy macarons and the confidence to recreate them at home.
