Step into a serene garden sanctuary and experience the healing vibrations of a sound bath under the open sky. Surrounded by nature’s beauty, you’ll be guided into deep relaxation as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other resonant instruments wash over you. This peaceful, meditative experience is designed to calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect you with the present moment.Registration is required. For ages 16 and up.This class will meet at the Education Center at Conservation Garden Park.Hosted by Doug Knaphus with Evolve Wellness Collective.
