Will tickets will be sold at the door?

Accepted Answer

No, all tickets are sold in advance online and the event quickly sells out.

Question 2

What is the maximum amount of tickets / tables that I can purchase?

Accepted Answer

There is a maximum of one 8 person table or 8 individual tickets per person/transaction. You will be refunded for any additional table/ticket purchases. **Please note that Eventbrite Fees will not be refunded**

Are there table assignments?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Table assignments will be provided to guests at check-in. Table assignments are determined by the order in which tickets are purchased. Single ticket purchases can ask to be seated with specific attendees.

Is the event cancelled if it rains?

No, the event is rain or shine as it is tented.

Are there refunds for the event?

Accepted Answer

All ticket/table sales are final.  However, you can email us at info@friendsofgreenwichpoint.org with any issues or inquiries.

Do I need a beach pass to attend the event?

Accepted Answer

Beach passes are not required; simply tell the gate attendant you will be attending the party.

Will there be food or drink for purchase?

Accepted Answer

Food and beverage will NOT be available at the event or for purchase.  It's up to each guest to bring everything you want for your table - food, beverage and table decor.

Do you have to decorate your table?

Accepted Answer

No, you can bring whatever you'd like or nothing at all!  Please note that for table decor there are no flame candles allowed (battery operated is acceptable).

What is a waste free event?

Accepted Answer

What is brought to the event must go home with you to be disposed of and cleaned at home - please bring garbage bags. Reusables and recyclables are highly encouraged.

Can I bring additional seating?

No, and please note that beach chairs are NOT allowed.

What should I wear to the event?

Accepted Answer

Dress for the weather, once the sun sets it may be cooler and require additional layers.
