Absolutely. The info shared is applicable to properties anywhere.  For example, Lorraine Woodward will speak about accessibility. We asked Lorraine to speak because we loved the tie-in with High Point's status as a Certified Autism Destination, but what she has to say, rings true everywhere.

Why did you decide to do this in High Point?

For many reasons. Here are three: 1. Because of High Point Market, High Point enjoyed a thriving short-term rental community way before Airbnb existed. 2. We believe that rentals in the home furnishings capital of the world, should have certain design standards. 3. High Point tourism is ramping up.

Where should I park for the event?

Here are 3 suggestions: 1. Find street parking along Hamilton or Wrenn. 2. Gravel parking lot on Steele is one block away 3. The Our House parking lot at Hamilton and Richardson is a 1/2 block away.
