The ETC Overview Training will be from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
This is an online training conducted over Zoom. Please download the Zoom software prior to the training. The training session begins promptly at 9:00 am. Those arriving late may be turned away.
ETC Overview Training
By the end of the training you should be able to:
- Understand your role as an ETC
- Understand how the South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) Rule 2202 and the City of Santa Monica Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Ordinance are related
- Understand what’s required of your company
- Understand how to conduct an Average Vehicle Ridership (AVR) survey
- Understand how to report and calculate Vehicle Miles Traveled (VMT) from the survey
- Understand how to develop an Emission Reduction Plan (ERP).
All ETC Overview attendees will receive their ETC certificate upon completion of this session.
