Homefields is an award-winning nonprofit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to creating new life options for people who have disabilities. We provide housing, food, jobs, education, and volunteer options for people with and without disabilities. Our sustainable Care Farm is certified organic. Proceeds from our activities help maintain our homes and equipment and pay for farmland.

Join us for a planting party! Come get your hands dirty helping us tuck baby plants into their forever homes in the ground. Bring your own gloves, hat and water bottle. Water and light snacks will be provided. This event will be socially distanced and outdoors. No experience needed. Children are welcome but must be supervised.
