Want to learn more about regional public transit and how we can actually reach it? Join RVA Rapid Transit for an exploration of the benefits, costs, and path to regional transit. Our guest speaker will be GRTC’s New Cheif Development Officer, Adrienne Torres. Adrienne is formerly the Director of Planning and Scheduling. The CDO is a newly created executive position responsible for short- and long-term implementation of GRTC service plans and projects. In addition to extensive coordination with local, regional, state, and federal partners, the CDO has expanded oversight internally of the Planning, Scheduling, Marketing, and Customer Service Departments, and supports GRTC senior leadership.Also, hear riders&#x27; perspectives on regional growth shared through The Rider&#x27;s Voice (rvarapidtransit.org/riders-voice).
