This month we&#x27;ll have an open conversation between industry experts and store owners recounting our own personal bad experiences shopping online. The goal is to learn from examples how to be better with our own businesses and win the customer, as well as keep them longer. Anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion. We&#x27;ll also be fielding ideas for topics for the group to cover in 2021.Come prepared to share what you&#x27;ve learned, what has worked, and what has not.-------------------------We&#x27;ll be using Zoom. Bring your lunch and join the discussion.
