This Shamanic Sedona Group Retreat Session takes place on the sacred red rocks. Cord Cutting requires that you open your heart and forgive; as when you forgive, you become free. You are energetically connected to every person who has ever been significant in your life. Often those cords become painful and create negative energy. This shamanic retreat session relates to the Hawaiian technique of Ho O Pono Pono, you can gently sever those cords, sending the person’s energy back to them and taking yours back into yourself. Through the power of letting go and forgiving, you can go on with your life feeling whole and complete.

Medicine Wheel Teachings
In this Shamanic Group Retreat Session, Medicine Wheel Teachings you will understand how a Medicine Wheel is a physical manifestation of Spiritual energy. We proved a holistic way that connects and balances the Spiritual, Physical, Emotional, and Mental capacities, that are needed to transmit learning through all personal aspects. Connect your physical being through the land, while the emotional aspects are connected and developed through a balance between the heart and the head. The wheel provides protection which enables us to gather surrounding energies into a focal point and to commune with Spirit, Self, and Nature! It helps us with our “Vision,” to see exactly where we are and in which areas we need to develop in order to realize our full life purpose and life potential.
